Antonio M. Moscatelli
At helm of this ship is Antonio Moscatelli. Antonio began his military career in 1996, while serving as a military police officer in the United States Marine Corps. During his four years of active duty, he worked during the day and obtained his Bachelor’s degree at night. Upon completion of his degree, Antonio applied and was accepted into the Navy Health Services Collegiate Program, where he attended Old Dominion University and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the United States Navy and assigned to Portsmouth Naval Hospital. In 2005, he volunteered and deployed to Afghanistan, as part of a Presidential initiative to help augment the Army personnel, whom had been serving in harm's way over 12 months at a time. While there, he participated in a few operations and earned both the Army Achievement Medal and Navy Commendation Medal. In 2008, Antonio deployed again aboard the USS Iwo Jima with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit and sailed into the Middle East and around the Horn of Africa. While serving aboard the ship and out at sea, Antonio earned both the Marine Corps Fleet Marine Force Pin and the Surface Warfare Medical Device Officer Pin.
James M. Marin

Mr. Jim Marin has been a proposal writer/manager for approximately 30 years. He began his career with MCI, which became part of Verizon, and worked in both the Washington DC and the Dallas offices. Jim founded and ran his own software development company, Domain Networks, as well as The Marin Group, a proposal and business development consulting company. His clients have included Fortune 500 corporations such as AT&T, as well as mid-sized and small businesses. Jim has created winning proposals for nearly every civilian agency, as well as for the Department of Defense, including DISA. He enjoys the challenges involved in doing proposals and he loves winning! Jim studied Electrical Engineering at George Mason University and the University of Texas and has completed one year of law school at Concord University.

Ms. Johnson is the Department of the Interior’s Account Director. She manages the Strategic Program Development Hosting Services contract that includes cloud services and the Data Center Optimization Initiative, the Bison WiFi program management contract, and the Desktop Support Services program management contract. Ms Johnson manages a portfolio of projects where she provides program/project management, oversight of contractual deliverables, quality assurance, and client delivery support activities. Ms Johnson, a Project Management Professional (PMP), has been recognized by the Project Management Institute for her project management acumen. Ms. Johnson has worked in the private sector, with local/state government, and the federal space for over 15 years. Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
