Associated Veterans Merges with Curis IT to Accelerate Federal Growth Opportunities

Merger of Two SDVOSB’s brings together strong IT and PMO capabilities

Arlington, VA - On January 13, 2017, Associated Veterans, LLC – Quality Solutions announced the merger of Virginia based Associated Veterans and Hawaii based Curis IT – both Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Both founded by prior Marines, each company has a clear focus on giving back to the men and women who have served our country.

The new entity will remain as Associated Veterans LLC – Quality Solutions and will be led by Antonio Moscatelli, President and CEO. Richard Larson and James Vollman remain senior advisors, and John McClellan is promoted to the firm’s Chief Operating Officer.

Said Moscatelli “We are thrilled to have worked with Genaesis to enable this rapid growth. Their work on this deal - bringing us together with both the acquisition target and capital provider - will grow our top and bottom lines by more than ten times.”

Added, Richard Larson, “We were very impressed with the culture and values that Curis IT has fostered, as it aligns well with our own. We are very pleased to start this next chapter for Associated Veterans.”

This merger will provide Associated Veterans with a solid foundation of Information Management/ Information Technology (IM/IT), as well as significant PMO past performance across multiple Federal Agencies and the private sector. Services include; Program and Project Management, Software Development, Policy Development and Analysis, Systems Integration and Information Assurance, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Requirements Development and Management, Strategic Planning and Business Transformation, Studies and Analyses, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Policy Development & Analysis, Executive Mentoring, and Performance Data Analysis.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
