Antonio M. Moscatelli
At helm of this ship is Antonio Moscatelli. Antonio began his military career in 1996, while serving as a military police officer in the United States Marine Corps. During his four years of active duty, he worked during the day and obtained his Bachelor’s degree at night. Upon completion of his degree, Antonio applied and was accepted into the Navy Health Services Collegiate Program, where he attended Old Dominion University and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the United States Navy and assigned to Portsmouth Naval Hospital. In 2005, he volunteered and deployed to Afghanistan, as part of a Presidential initiative to help augment the Army personnel, whom had been serving in harm's way over 12 months at a time. While there, he participated in a few operations and earned both the Army Achievement Medal and Navy Commendation Medal. In 2008, Antonio deployed again aboard the USS Iwo Jima with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit and sailed into the Middle East and around the Horn of Africa. While serving aboard the ship and out at sea, Antonio earned both the Marine Corps Fleet Marine Force Pin and the Surface Warfare Medical Device Officer Pin.

John McClellan has over 16 years of experience in Information Technology, including Government Consulting and Healthcare. He has led and supported Project Management Offices (PMO) for federal and commercial clients, supported and created processes for Project Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Scrum Development, Resource Allocation, Schedule Management, Deployments, and Test & Evaluation. Prior to joining the Executive staff at Associated Veterans, LLC.(AV), John was a Senior Consultant at AV, assigned to the Veteran Experience Office. John's previous work experience includes, Director of Implementation Service at Sandlot Solutions, Senior Consultant/Technical Manager at Santa Rosa Consulting, Program management and Project Management positions with VeriSign, Network Solutions, and Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
John has a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) from Norfolk State University, a Masters of Public Management (Information Systems) from Carnegie Mellon University, and graduate work towards a Ph.D. in Public Policy Administration (Policy and Law) from Walden University.

Tonja Peña is a strategic, results-oriented executive with excellent people-management, project-management, planning, and process definition skills. She has over 25 years' experience in the successful implementation and adoption of contact center and business integration systems within organizations including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Sunrise Senior Living, Marriott International and several independent and start-up companies. With a focus on ensuring a positive customer experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge translating operational challenges into realized solutions adopted through open communication and the practical application of process improvements and right-fit technologies.
A trusted partner and advisor to executives and colleagues alike, Tonja is known for a keen ability to convey vision, define strategy, and motivate teams toward solutions that are quickly integrated and adopted.
James Vollman was co-founder of Associated Veterans and now serves as a Senior Advisor to the CEO and COO. He has extensive experience at all levels of government. He served as an Associate Assistant Secretary of Labor at DOL and was responsible for major innovations that enhanced the career exploration and job search process for individuals seeking employment. He served as a national and international consultant on labor market information and job finding systems. He held senior positions on the staffs of Senator Carl Levin (Michigan) and Congressman David Bonior (Michigan). In addition, he held policy and executive positions within state and local governments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Wayne State University.

Daniel G. Kroner joined Associated Veterans as a Human Resources professional in 2015 after gaining experience with the healthcare industry through his work in Neuroimmune Pharmacology research at Seton Hall and later through Neuropsychological testing with a D.C. Metro Clinical Neuropsychology practice. Daniel has been working with small businesses in different capacities since 2012. Daniel is a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources Daniel also holds a Master of Science degree in Experimental Psychology from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
