Antonio M. Moscatelli
At helm of this ship is Antonio Moscatelli. Antonio began his military career in 1996, while serving as a military police officer in the United States Marine Corps. During his four years of active duty, he worked during the day and obtained his Bachelor’s degree at night. Upon completion of his degree, Antonio applied and was accepted into the Navy Health Services Collegiate Program, where he attended Old Dominion University and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating, he was commissioned as a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the United States Navy and assigned to Portsmouth Naval Hospital. In 2005, he volunteered and deployed to Afghanistan, as part of a Presidential initiative to help augment the Army personnel, whom had been serving in harm's way over 12 months at a time. While there, he participated in a few operations and earned both the Army Achievement Medal and Navy Commendation Medal. In 2008, Antonio deployed again aboard the USS Iwo Jima with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit and sailed into the Middle East and around the Horn of Africa. While serving aboard the ship and out at sea, Antonio earned both the Marine Corps Fleet Marine Force Pin and the Surface Warfare Medical Device Officer Pin.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. John McClellan has over 20 years’ experience in government and private sector Consulting. Mr. McClellan’s experience spans various industries including Health Care, Insurance, Health Information Exchange (HIE), Information Systems and Operations. His government consulting experience is primarily in Project and Program Management. Mr. McClellan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Information Systems.
James Vollman was co-founder of Associated Veterans and now serves as a Senior Advisor to the CEO and COO. He has extensive experience at all levels of government. He served as an Associate Assistant Secretary of Labor at DOL and was responsible for major innovations that enhanced the career exploration and job search process for individuals seeking employment. He served as a national and international consultant on labor market information and job finding systems. He held senior positions on the staffs of Senator Carl Levin (Michigan) and Congressman David Bonior (Michigan). In addition, he held policy and executive positions within state and local governments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Wayne State University.
Chief Growth Officer
Mr. Zubair Aziz is the Chief Growth Officer with Associated Veterans, a SDVOSB. He has over 23 years of managing consulting experience primarily focused on growth in Federal Health IT and DOD markets. As leader market leader Associated Veterans provides services to the Federal Government and specializes in Program and Project Management, Requirements Development, Agile Software Development, Studies and Analyses, Policy Development, Performance Data Research, Legislative and Policy Research, Records Management, Strategic Planning and Business Transformation and Len Six Sigma (LSS) capabilities to solve complex IT and enterprise transformation problems. He is a member of AFCEA, NVSBE, NVSBC, and HIMSS.
Mr. Aziz has held many leadership positions supporting government professional services firms – ranging from small businesses to large consulting firms. He provides leadership to corporate infrastructure, planning and strategic partnerships, as well.
Mr. Aziz holds a Master’s Degree in Information Management & Business Technologies from Marymount University and a B.S. Degree in Decision Science & Management Information Systems from George Mason University. He has also completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University, and Information Systems/Information Technology Project Management Program at Villanova University.
Director, VA Account
Mr. Rhodes is the VA Portfolio Manager for AV with over 20 years of commercial and federal management consulting experience. Nick's background has an emphasis on Account Strategy, Business Development, Project Management and Systems Implementation within the Federal Health Market (specifically VA, SSA, HHS, and CMS). Nick has used his rounded IT experience to add value to clients as well as sharing knowledge to his fellow co-workers. His experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle allows him to provide thought leadership at all points. Nick holds a Master’s Degree in Information and Telecommunications Systems from Johns Hopkins University.
Director, DOL Account
Ms. Scott is the Department of Labor's Program Manager. She manages a portfolio of projects where she provides program management, oversight of contractual obligations, quality assurance, and client delivery activities. She has over 20 years' experience working in both the governmental and private sectors. Her strengths in Business Development and Data Analytics have been honed through her past experiences with several financial services firms and government contractors. LaVonda holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from DeVry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The George Washington University.
