Washington D.C. – June 2016 – Associated Veterans, LLC (AV) is proud to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefit Administration (VBA), Veterans Relationship Management Program Office (VRM), has exercised the option year on their contract with AV for continued support executing Business Requirements and Integrated Strategic Planning (BRISP).
Launched by the VA in 2010, VRM seeks to engage, empower, and serve Veterans and other clients with securely seamless, and on-demand access to benefits information and services. BRISP is a key program for VRM especially in light of MyVA initiatives which are transforming the VA from its old way of doing business to one that puts the Veterans in control of when, where, and how they wish to be served. This initiative will improve VA’s culture, processes, and capabilities to put the needs and expectations of Veterans and their families first. These transformations represent an opportunity to affect fundamental changes in the VA’s systems and structures.
AV is classified as a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) and has been serving the VA and other government agencies since 2007. AV’s BRISP team looks forward to providing continued Business Requirements and Integrated Strategic Planning support to the VA as it implements these improvements to vital services for our nations Veterans.
